Before publishing, the site owner must complete three items: the registered legal name and NIF/CIF of the data controller, the registered address, and confirmation of whether any analytics or advertising pixel is installed. This notice was drafted from what the website itself does; it is not legal advice, and a Spanish data protection lawyer should review it before launch.

What this website collects

This site does not host a server-side form and does not store your answers. The three-step private search questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Your selections are only used to compose a message that you then choose to send, either through WhatsApp or through your own email client. Nothing is transmitted until you press one of those buttons.

If you do send that message, we receive the data it contains — your selections, and whatever identifying information WhatsApp or your email provider attaches (name, phone number or email address).

Third parties involved

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — if you use the WhatsApp button, your message and phone number are processed under Meta's own privacy policy.
Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Hosting provider — standard server logs may record IP address, browser and time of access.

No analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies are installed on this site at the time of writing. If any are added later, this notice and a cookie banner must be added with them.

Why we process it, and for how long

Legal basis: your consent and, once a conversation begins, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship remains active, and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to contact@vidalestatesibiza.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

International transfers

Using WhatsApp or Google Fonts may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, made under the safeguards those providers declare in their own policies.
